Pope Spouting Company was started in 1958 by Jack E. Pope. His company was one of the first to own seamless gutter machines in the Akron area circa 1960. From that time until the present, his influence of integrity and hard work has carried on in the company with unconditional care and uncompromising quality in workmanship. When Jack retired in 1994 his son, Mark E. Pope assumed the ownership role as company's president after having worked under his father as an apprentice from 1983 until 1994. Now with over 25 years of experience, Mark continues to employ his father's vision that has moved the company forward with an even greater commitment to customer care and quality workmanship.
